The Toontrack Dance EZX is an expansion library for Toontrack’s EZdrummer and Superior Drummer, meticulously crafted for modern electronic dance music production. Engineered by renowned producer Timofey Reznikov, this pack delivers 15 mix-ready custom drum kits built from over 400 individually engineered source sounds.

The EZX transcends traditional drum sampling by combining classic drum machine sounds with electronic, organic, and hybrid layers. It features unique percussive elements, textured effects, and, crucially, a large pool of chromatically tuned tonal instruments (melodically playable electronic bass and synth sounds) that make it an all-encompassing beat and melodic machine. The included dedicated MIDI library offers genre-typical grooves and fills, instantly providing a rhythmic and melodic foundation for sub-genres like House, Trance, Techno, Afro House, and more.
