The Toontrack Rock! EZX Expansion is a drum library add-on for Toontrack’s EZdrummer and Superior Drummer software, designed to provide the explosive, no-frills sound of classic rock drums. The expansion features eight custom drum kits, meticulously mixed by Grammy Award-winning engineer Neil Dorfsman (known for his work with Dire Straits and Bruce Springsteen).

The kits are a blend of rare and vintage drums recorded in renowned studios across New York, Nashville, London, and Stockholm, and are tailored to cover the full spectrum of rock, from ambient and vintage to dry and modern. In addition to the drum kits, the EZX includes an extensive library of MIDI grooves and fills, providing songwriters and producers with a solid foundation for their rock tracks.
