Created in collaboration with composer James Everingham, this library focuses on delivering a deeply personal and expressive playing experience. It’s built on a meticulous sampling of a Wilh. Steinberg upright piano with the felt pedal engaged, capturing every subtle nuance from the softest dynamics to the creaks of the pianist’s bench.

Beyond the core piano sound, what makes the Woodchester Piano stand out are its unique “Atmosphere Layers.” These are three sound design layers—”Ache,” “Dream,” and “Clouds”—that can be blended with the raw piano to create rich, evolving textures and cinematic soundscapes. This makes the instrument highly versatile, suitable for everything from delicate solo pieces to ambient film scores. With detailed controls for key release, pedal noise, and color, it offers a high degree of realism and customization.
