The Alpha Organ 2 from Soundiron is a deeply sampled cinematic pipe organ library for Native Instruments’ Kontakt. It meticulously captures the sound of two distinct pipe organs—one sweet and silky (“Alpha”) and the other powerful and thunderous (“Omega”)—recorded in the acoustically rich St. Paul’s Church in San Francisco. The plugin provides a vast sonic palette, from majestic and ethereal tones to deep, resonant rumbles, making it ideal for film scoring, classical compositions, and ambient sound design.

Alpha Organ 2 goes beyond a simple sample set with an intuitive user interface and powerful features. It includes multiple microphone positions (Close, Mid, Far) and a unique “hydrophone” perspective for a truly otherworldly sound. The library also features a wide selection of sound-designed ambiences, pads, and drones, along with an adaptable LFO system, arpeggiator, and a modular FX rack with 27 effects and 99 custom convolution reverbs.
