Description
Spitfire Studio Strings is a versatile orchestral sample library created by Spitfire Audio and recorded by Grammy-winning engineer Simon Rhodes in AIR Studio 1. Unlike Spitfire’s ambient, hall-heavy libraries, Studio Strings features a 30-piece ensemble (8 Violins I, 6 Violins II, 6 Violas, 6 Celli, 4 Basses) recorded in a tighter, drier studio environment.
This controlled room tone gives you a crisp, intimate sound that takes external reverbs exceptionally well, making it ideal for everything from pop arrangements and indie scoring to film, TV, and video game music. It includes 148 articulations, true legato, and Spitfire’s Ostinatum pattern sequencer.
